• Sandwich the PVC strip between the stainless steel plates ensuring the concave side faces the small plate. Position the small plate to the bottom and the large plate to the top facing up.

• Push the rivets through the holes in the large top plate and through the PVC strip until it aligns with the holes in the bottom plate.
Thicker PVC strips may need to bre pre-drilled before "sandwiching" between the plates.

• To achieve 40% lap,  hang the first strip onto the top track leaving three hook spaces before hanging the second strip, centralise and hang the third strip over the three hooks and repeat the procedure.

• To acheive 80% lap,  hang the first strip onto the the top track leaving one hook space before hanging the second strip, centralise and hang the third strip over the one hook and repeat the procedure.

• Finally trim the bottom of each strip to the desired length using a sharp knife.

It may not be possible to acheive the desired overlap - this will depend on the width of your top track.
